We will be holding our AGM on 16th October 2018.
In connection with this, please find attached a covering letter together with the 2018 nomination form. A copy of the minutes from last year’s AGM will follow in due course.
This meeting gives us the opportunity to discuss the running of the tennis club with you and for us to hear your views.
All members are encouraged to attend the AGM and also to think about joining the committee – there is a lot of organisation involved in running the club and the committee and social committee work really hard to ensure the continued success of the club. The committee can always use more help. Specifically, we do not currently have a Ladies Vice Captain, Match Secretary or Junior Secretary. It is also possible to just be a committee member without a specific responsibility. Our constitution also allows for the election of non-playing members so that parents of junior members who are interested in the club might also think about standing.
