The Food Bank have expressed their gratitude to Bob for the donations that Drummond members have made, and were pleasantly surprised by the range of non-edible goods donated, including shampoo, tampax and tooth paste; if people can’t afford food, then there will be many other things which they can’t afford.
The Food Bank is also in need of bags, which have to be fairly strong. They need the bags to give to people collecting food. The bags should be large enough and strong enough to carry 3 days worth of food, much of which will be in cans. They should be left in the collection box.
