Drummond LTC Senior Finals 2021.
An unexpected rain free Saturday afternoon saw some terrific action as we reached the finale of our 2021 senior tournaments!
And here are the results:
Mens Singles – Anurag defeated Shadaine
Ladies Singles – Helen Sm. defeated Tina
Mens Doubles – Anurag & Shadaine defeated Edwin & John B.
Ladies Doubles – Helen & Monica defeated Riah & Jackie
Mixed Doubles – Alison & Phil defeated Odile & Shadaine
Ladies Plate – Riah defeated Theresa
And meanwhile, we finally saw the conclusion of the 2020 Mens Vets Doubles where Paul M & Andrew C defeated David & Willie
Well played to all the players, congratulations to the winners & commiserations to the runners up – be sure to come back next year and go that one step further!
A big thanks to the Social Committee for providing such delicious refreshments (including a cake baked by Edwin), a second big thanks to all our umpires, and finally a big thanks to Tom for organising this year’s tournament despite being in Japan as we speak!
