The Drummond Summer Tournament Finals for 2025 were held on Saturday 19th July. The weather forecast was somewhat mixed but we were lucky enough to see some nail-biting matches before rain stopped play.
During the day, David West was presented with a very special award of Lifetime Membership to Drummond LTC for his many years of hard work and dedication. Thank you David for everything you do and have done for the Club!
Congratulations to our 2025 Summer Tournament winners, final results are:
Ladies’ Doubles: Eilis and Jenny won vs Lucy and Victoria 6-3, 4-6, 7-6 (11-9)
Men’s Doubles: Andy and Nav won vs Oli and Azeem 6-7 (4-7), 6-3, 7-6 (15-13)
Ladies’ Singles: Eilis won vs Helen 6-1, 6-2
The Men’s Singles and Mixed Doubles finals had to be suspended due to the weather and will be played very soon – details of the reschedule will follow shortly.
